Eva Mar=EDa, a woman from Valencia, Spain, who suffers from severe=20
fibromyalgia, went on a hunger strike on August 9 in protest for=20
being denied sick leave by the Medical Evaluation Board (INSS). Eva=20
Mar=EDa is the mother of two young boys and has no income now that she=20
is too sick to work.
Spanish Fibromyalgia, ME/CFS and MCS patient associations have=20
organized a rally in Eva Mar=EDa's support for Tuesday, August 25 in=20
Valencia. The Spanish press is not reporting on Eva Mar=EDa's hunger stri=
ke.
