other than GET & CBT be careful for what you wish for. Currently Medicare
& Medicaid do cover some of the meds I get for CFS. Medicaid covers more.
Our government is currently looking at the English NICE Guidelines, which
*only * cover CBT & GET for ME- CFS. So when you contact your senators and
reps make SURE that you explain how wrong the NICE guidelines are for CFS.
If the government chooses to follow the British for some of it=B9s health car=
e
reform, we who are poor will be in worse shape than we are now.
We must make sure that nothing like the NICE guidelines get accepted by the
US. It=B9s yet another battle we might just lose.
Note that the good medical research has come from the private sector, not
from the CDC or NIH, our government institutions. No matter what party
affiliation you have, that is indisputable. Remember that Professor Wessle=

is an advisor to the US government on military health care as well as to th=
e
CDC =AD he played a role in the =8C94 definition.
If you want a National Health Care in the US, demand what Congress gets.
