NOT: new book on FM/CFIDS

posted on behalf of Allen Shepherd <ibhush@YAHOO.COM>

There has been a lot of buzz in my area about a new book with natural
techniques which help with the symptoms of FM/CFIDS and there's recently
been an article printed in a local magazine "All About Women"
" In her book, Find Your Way - A Guide to Healing while living with
FM/CFIDS, Shepherd shares the steps she took, under the guidance of her
health care provider, to restore her wellness. "There is no cure for CFIDS
nor FM, yet there is hope for a brigher future," she concurs." Some
highlights of Clarissa's action plan include: Remove Chemicals, Change
Diet, Suggested Supplements, Deep Breathing Exercises. She also adds " Be
especailly kind to yourself." The book can be viewed on amazon.
