February 9, 2012
Yesterday, I received a heads up on a press briefing, today, Thursday
February 9, by the Science Media Centre on DSM-5.
No details yet but the following were expected to be involved in the
briefing.
Prof Nick Craddock, MRC Centre for Neuropsychiatric Genetics & Genomics,
Cardiff University School of Medicine
Prof Peter Kinderman, Professor of clinical psychology at the University of
Liverpool; honorary appointment as consultant clinical psychologist with
Merseycare NHS Trust.
Both have research interests in bipolar spectrum, schizophrenia and
psychosis.
There may be some media coverage over the next few days.
