pathophysiology is what=92s causing the mysterious and perhaps unique
post-exertional relapse (PER) that can knock patients out of work, and
confine some of them to their houses and to their beds. The PER question is
ground zero for ME/CFS; crack that issue and you have legitimized the
disorder and pointed an arrow straight at it=92s heart. Outside of XMRV no
work over the past couple years has been more exciting or more filled with
the potential to answer that question than the Light=92s gene expression wo=
rk.
