A new paper is available: Tips on resting for M.E. patients by Jodi Bassett
This paper is in two parts. Part 1 discusses the 80% rule, tips on
avoiding overexertion and how to identify an adrenaline surge. Part 2
discusses some less well-known ways that we can reduce the total load on
the body in order to feel less ill and to promote healing.
